Location is super convenient for anyone needing access to Midtown, Montrose, River Oaks, all highways, Texas Medical Center, corporate HQ's, Metro train and many great restaurants, clubs, etc.. Included : ALL BILLS PAID, nice new (and large) private exercise room, new meeting room with free amazing coffee machine. OWN your indoor parking spaces; polite, professional educated staff. 24 hour security. GOOD mechanical maintenance by building engineers.. NO LOSSES OF POWER OR HEAT DURING THE "TEXAS FREEZE". Very solid construction by LINBEC.. We have had great and financially responsible management by our elected board and have NEVER experienced the need for special assessments.. An oasis of nice, intelligent working professionals. Gigantic steel-structured balconies and amazing views of downtown Houston.. The value proposition versus other highrise condominiums anywhere. is indisputable. Many "entry-level" condos now start at 700K.. by L. A., Manhattan, London, Silicone Valley, even Austin prices we are really inexpensive.
